They are the non-medical backbone of our operation, providing essential parent counselling, walking alongside families through the long-term free treatment process, and tireless raising awareness in remote communities. Their understanding and empathy are key to ensuring adherence to the crucial Ponseti method, which, while simple, requires consistent follow-up over several years. They are responsible for linking communities to our clinics, ensuring early detection, and ultimately, safeguarding a child’s right to a mobile, independent future. Their personalized approach—state by state, story by story—is what truly defines our ability to deliver lasting social impact and ensures no child is left behind.
This profound dedication from our field team is the primary reason for our operational credibility. As the largest clubfoot program in the world, we have treated the most number of clubfoot children, and it is the persistent work of these coordinators that enables us to maintain a uniform standard of care across our massive national presence.
