What if in a bilateral clubfoot one foot is ready for tenotomy and the other is not corrected?

Both the feet continue to get weekly casting. Casting in one foot is to maintain the correction whereas casting in the other foot is to get more correction so that both the feet can go for tenotomy together. After the tenotomy, the cast remains for three weeks and then the brace is applied to maintain the correction.
