What are the six locations evaluated for the Pirani score?

In the Midfoot (mid as in middle) three locations/positions evaluated are

• Medial Crease
• Head of Talus and
• Curved Lateral Border

In the Hind foot (Hind as in Behind) three location/position evaluated are

• Posterior Crease
• Empty Heal and
• Rigidity of Equines.

To get the Pirani score you first See, then Feel and finally Measure.
