Enhancing Reporting, Quality Management, and Accountability Across States

Effective programme management is essential for delivering quality healthcare services and creating a lasting impact in communities. With this vision, CURE India successfully concluded its three-day Program Management Training for the states of Chhattisgarh and Jammu & Kashmir, marking the completion of three days of learning, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
Strengthening Reporting and Quality Management
The final day of the training was led by Dr. Atula Jamir, with a strong focus on reporting and quality management. The sessions equipped participants with practical tools and insights to strengthen programme implementation, improve reporting practices, and enhance accountability at the ground level.
By strengthening these essential skills, the training aimed to support teams in monitoring programme activities more effectively, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring that their efforts translate into meaningful outcomes for the communities they serve.
Collaboration at the Heart of Progress
The successful completion of the training reflects the collective commitment of everyone involved. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all participants for their active engagement and enthusiasm throughout the three-day programme.
We also sincerely appreciate every member of the CURE India team and staff whose dedication, hard work, and collaboration made this training possible.
A special note of gratitude goes to Dr. Santhosh George, Director of CURE India, for his continued guidance, leadership, and support in strengthening programme management and advancing the organization's mission.
Moving Towards Stronger, Quality-Driven Programmes
Continuous learning and capacity building are vital to improving programme effectiveness and ensuring accountability. By investing in the knowledge and skills of our teams, CURE India continues to strengthen its approach to delivering quality-driven programmes.
As the three-day training concludes, the learning and collaboration gained will serve as a foundation for continued improvement, stronger implementation, and better programme outcomes.
Together, we move forward with renewed knowledge, stronger collaboration, and a shared commitment to quality and accountability.
