
Day 1 in Nagaland: Empowering Clubfoot Counsellors to Elevate Pediatric Care Across the North East

At CURE India, we know that expanding our reach is only half the battle; sustaining excellence in every clinic requires continuous learning, rigorous evaluation, and deep-seated team collaboration.
The journey began in the hills of Nagaland as CURE India officially commenced its intensive three-day North East Programme Evaluation & Staff Capacity Building initiative in Kohima. Bringing together our dedicated Clubfoot Counsellors from across the region, Day 1 set a powerful tone for reflection, strategic alignment, and growth.
Clubfoot counsellors are the vital emotional and operational bridge between families and clinical treatment. They guide parents through the uncertainties of diagnosis, explain the mechanics of the Ponseti method, and ensure families adhere to bracing schedules using Foot Abduction Braces (FABs).
