Mr. Bhhatia’s work with Pankh NGO epitomizes the vital role that holistic social intervention plays in nation-building. While CURE India focuses on correcting a physical disability like clubfoot using the non-surgical Ponseti method and providing free treatment, Pankh NGO addresses the complex layers of social vulnerability and exclusion that often trap marginalized youth. For a child born with clubfoot into a struggling family—the very families we serve—the absence of both physical function and social opportunity can be devastating.
