Forging Paths to Mobility: CURE India and JSL Limited Unite for Corporate Social Impact

On March 14, 2026, the JSL Plant Compound transformed into a hub of hope and strategic collaboration. CURE India was honored to participate in a meaningful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) event that brought together corporate visionaries and social advocates, all united by a singular goal: ensuring that no child in India is left behind due to a treatable birth defect.

The event was graced by the presence of Mr. Abhyuday Jindal, Managing Director of JSL Limited, and Ms. Shrishti Jindal. Their participation was a powerful endorsement of the role the corporate sector plays in driving large-scale social impact. By aligning their leadership with our mission, JSL Limited is helping to create a future where the barriers to healthcare are dismantled through partnership and shared purpose.

The Synergy of Corporate Leadership and Social Responsibility

Engagements like the one at the JSL Plant Compound are vital to our national presence. While medical expertise is the foundation of our work, it is the support of corporate leaders that allows us to scale our efforts to reach every corner of the country. When organizations like JSL Limited champion the cause of clubfoot treatment, they amplify our message to the general public and set a benchmark for credibility and community investment.

This collaboration reinforces a fundamental truth: the fight against clubfoot is a collective journey. Corporate partnerships provide the stability and resources necessary to maintain our status as the largest clubfoot program in the world, ensuring that our clinics remain equipped and our medical professionals are supported in their life-changing work.

Clinical Excellence: The Science of Every Step

At the heart of the partnership between JSL and CURE India is a commitment to the Ponseti method, the non-surgical, globally recognized gold standard for clubfoot management. This treatment is revolutionary because it achieves full correction in over 95% of cases without the need for invasive, costly surgery.

The journey to mobility involves:

  • Corrective Casting: A series of gentle manipulations and weekly plaster casts that gradually reposition the foot.
  • Maintenance with the FAB: After casting, every child is provided with a FAB (Foot Abduction Brace). This specialized tool is critical for preventing relapse and ensuring the foot stays corrected as the child grows.

By offering Free Treatment and providing the necessary medical supplies like the FAB, CURE India removes the financial burden that often prevents families from seeking help. This ensures that a child's ability to walk is never determined by their economic background.

A Legacy of Credibility and Transparency

CURE India is proud to be recognised to be the Top 10 NGO's/Non-Profits in India/in the country. This distinction is a result of our unwavering commitment to transparency of fund usage and our measurable results. Having achieved the distinction of the most number of clubfoot children treated globally, we understand that our donors and partners expect accountability.

Every Donation made to CURE India is a direct investment in a child’s mobility. From the procurement of high-quality casting materials to the distribution of braces, our systems are designed to ensure that resources reach the children who need them most. Our national presence, operating in partnership with government hospitals across every state, allows us to maintain a high level of clinical oversight and patient care.

The Vision: RunFree2030

Our journey toward a clubfoot-free nation is guided by the ambitious and urgent RunFree2030 mission. While we celebrate the fact that CURE India is currently treating 33% of all children born with clubfoot in India, we are acutely aware of the thousands of children who still lack access to care. To bridge this gap, we are aggressively scaling up to reach 70% of children born with clubfoot in the next 5 years. This expansion requires a massive mobilization of resources and more partnerships like the one with JSL Limited. By intensifying our outreach and strengthening our clinical network, we are working toward a future where every infant born with this condition has an equal opportunity to stand tall and walk free by the end of the decade.

How You Can Join the Movement
