Empowering the Frontline: CURE India's Delhi Training Strengthens Teams and Mission

At CURE India, our mission to ensure a Clubfoot-Free India is powered by the passion and dedication of our teams on the ground. A recent three-day staff training program for our dedicated teams from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana kicked off on August 4, 2025, at our National Office in Delhi. This event was more than just a professional development session; it was a powerful statement about our commitment to continuous learning and a shared purpose.
Facilitated by Dr. Santhosh George, Director of CURE India, along with our national team, the session focused on vital areas to enhance our work. The training aimed at strengthening parent counseling, improving clinic engagement, and ensuring high-quality clubfoot care across the region. By empowering our staff with the latest knowledge and skills, we are ensuring that every child receives the best possible care through the globally recognized Ponseti method, which we provide completely free of cost.
What made this day even more special was that our team members brought their children along. This heartwarming gesture served as a powerful reminder that our mission is not just professional, but deeply personal. When we support each other like family, our impact multiplies, creating a ripple effect of hope and healing.
CURE India is the largest clubfoot program in the world, with the most number of clubfoot children treated. Our extensive national presence with 452 clinics across 29 states is a testament to our relentless efforts. We are proud to be recognized as one of the Top 10 NGOs/Non-Profits in India, a distinction that speaks to our unwavering credibility and our commitment to transparency of fund usage. Your generous donation is the engine that powers these vital training sessions and our overall mission.
We are currently treating 33% of children born with clubfoot in India. However, our ambitious RunFree2030 initiative is focused on scaling up our efforts to reach 70% of these children in the next five years. This is an urgent and hopeful goal that we can only achieve by working together.
