Empowering Lives Through Awareness in Meghalaya 👣💙

On February 26, 2025, CURE India had the honor of participating in the Awareness Programme on Government Schemes and Initiatives for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) at Raj Bhavan, Shillong. This impactful event was organized by CRC-SRE Shillong and attended by esteemed dignitaries, including:

✅ Shri Pravin Bakshi, Commissioner & Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya
✅ Dr. Ram Shakal Sahani, Director, CRC-SRE Shillong

A Step Towards a Clubfoot-Free India

This platform provided CURE India with the opportunity to:
🔹 Raise awareness about clubfoot and its impact on children’s mobility
🔹 Highlight the importance of early detection and timely treatment
🔹 Strengthen collaborations with CRC-SRE Shillong and the Social Welfare Department to ensure sustainable and inclusive support for PwDs
