Day Two: Deepening Our Impact for a Clubfoot-Free Future

At CURE India, our mission to ensure a Clubfoot-Free India is powered by a team that is not only dedicated but also exceptionally well-trained. On August 5, 2025, at our National Office in Delhi, we successfully completed Day 2 of our three-day staff training program. The room was buzzing with enthusiasm and a shared sense of purpose as 18 passionate team members from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana actively participated in a day dedicated to departmental excellence.

Today’s sessions were comprehensive, covering all key departments from clinical protocols and counseling to outreach and reporting. This holistic approach ensures every team member is equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to provide the best possible care. This is crucial for maintaining our high standards and ensuring a cohesive approach across our extensive network. The energy and commitment in the room were palpable—a powerful reminder that when a team is this motivated, transformation is not just a goal, it's inevitable.

This training is a cornerstone of our efforts to scale our impact. As the largest clubfoot program in the world, we have treated the most number of clubfoot children, and our robust national presence with 452 clinics is a testament to our reach. We are proud to be recognized as one of the Top 10 NGOs/Non-Profits in India, a distinction that speaks to our unwavering credibility and our profound commitment to transparency of fund usage. Your generous donation is the engine that powers these vital training sessions, allowing us to empower our teams and provide free treatment to all children.

We are currently treating 33% of children born with clubfoot in India. However, our ambitious RunFree2030 initiative is focused on scaling up our efforts to reach 70% of these children in the next five years. This is an urgent and hopeful mission that we can only achieve by building a strong, united, and highly skilled team.

Together, we are building a future where no child suffers from untreated clubfoot. Your support helps us empower communities and bring hope to countless children and their families.
