Through the gentle, non-surgical Ponseti method, we are helping children break free from the constraints of their condition, enabling them to walk, run, and play with confidence. We believe that every child deserves the chance to experience true freedom—the freedom of mobility and the freedom to pursue their dreams without limits.

As the largest clubfoot program in the world, we have treated the most number of clubfoot children, and our robust national presence with 452 clinics is a powerful symbol of our reach. We are currently treating 33% of children born with clubfoot in India. However, our ambitious RunFree2030 initiative is focused on scaling up our efforts to reach 70% of these children in the next five years.
