A United Front: CURE India’s Staff Training in Delhi Concludes with Shared Purpose

At CURE India, our mission to ensure a Clubfoot-Free India is a journey of continuous learning, empowerment, and shared purpose. On August 6, 2025, the final day of our three-day staff training program at the National Office in Delhi marked a powerful conclusion. Our 18 passionate team members from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana completed intensive sessions covering clinical protocols, counseling, outreach, and reporting, leaving better equipped and deeply aligned to serve children with clubfoot in their regions.

The culmination of the training was met with a palpable sense of accomplishment. Certificates were distributed, recognizing the team's hard work, and feedback was exchanged, ensuring a cycle of continuous improvement. The most unforgettable moments, however, came from the sheer joy in the eyes of the children who received special gratitude gifts. Their smiles served as a powerful reminder of the real impact behind every protocol, every report, and every outreach effort. It's for these children that we do what we do.

This training was more than just knowledge-sharing; it was about building a united, motivated team committed to a single mission. This cohesive approach is a cornerstone of our success. As the largest clubfoot program in the world, we have treated the most number of clubfoot children, and our robust national presence with 452 clinics is a testament to our reach. We are proud to be recognized as one of the Top 10 NGOs/Non-Profits in India, a distinction that speaks to our unwavering credibility and our profound commitment to transparency of fund usage. Your generous donation is the engine that powers these vital training sessions and enables us to provide free treatment to every child who needs it.

We are currently treating 33% of children born with clubfoot in India. However, our ambitious RunFree2030 initiative is focused on scaling up our efforts to reach 70% of these children in the next five years. This is a mission of hope and urgency, and with a united team and your support, we are confident we can achieve it.
