The Train the Trainer on the Ponseti Method of Clubfoot Management continues with great momentum! CURE India, in collaboration with the Global Clubfoot Initiative and the Central Institute of Orthopedics, VMMC & Safdarjung Hospital, is equipping medical professionals with specialized skills to treat clubfoot effectively.
Interactive Learning with Expert Guidance
Under the leadership of Dr. Alaric Aroojis and Dr. Mathew Varghese, today's session was highly engaging, featuring interactive discussions and group activities. The 30 doctors who have joined from across India are gaining valuable insights into the Ponseti Method, the gold standard for clubfoot treatment. Through hands-on learning and collaborative discussions, this training is proving to be an impactful step toward expanding clubfoot care across the country.
Building a Stronger Network of Care
With each training session, CURE India moves closer to its goal of ensuring that at least 70% of children born with clubfoot receive treatment. Over the past 16 years, CURE India has trained 9,000+ doctors and established 440 clubfoot clinics, transforming countless lives. To continue this mission, we need:
More trained doctors to reach every child in need
More clinics to provide accessible treatment
More braces to support long-term recovery
